Returns and Refunds
We offer a 100% money back guarantee on all products that are defective or damaged during shipping. Just let us know and we will provide a return address, replacement or refund as preferred.
*Please note, return requests, refund claims for defective, damaged or missing items/orders must be made within 7 days after the date of delivery. Additionally, there is a 4.5% restocking fee.

Customers will be responsible for paying return shipping costs.
We do not issue the refund if your order does not arrive due to factors within your control (e.g. providing the wrong shipping address).
If your return item arrives without the dust bag, or is deemed unfit by our inspection team for any reason we reserve the right to deny your refund.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please, allow up to 5 business days for your financial institution to process the refund.
We have a 30-day return policy. You must make a return request within 7 days of receiving the item. You must ship the return within 30 days from when you received the item or you may not be eligible for a refund.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
*Please note, to uphold the highest health and safety measures for our children, the plastic covering must not be opened for your return to be eligible for a refund.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
